Tropical Sun Dried Thyme
The ancient Sumerians first cultivated thyme and used it medicinally as far back as 3000 BC. In ancient Greece it was used as an aphrodisiac. Today we often associate thyme with Italian cooking but it is also widely used in a variety of world cuisines including African and Caribbean. You can use Tropical Sun Dried Thyme to tropicalise your food and add flavour to an extensive variety of dishes including vegetables, meat, and fish as well as soups and sauces. Enjoy!
