At Adomoo, we are committed to getting your order to you as safely and efficiently as possible. We ship both within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for order processing. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you promptly.

We offer:

• Free UK delivery on orders over £300
• Free local delivery in Wolverhampton on orders over £100

Fresh and Frozen Items

We mainly use a 48-hour delivery service for most orders. However, for fresh items such as:

• Meat
• Fish
• Vegetables
• Frozen foods

we use a 24-hour delivery service to help preserve freshness.

Unless a customer requests otherwise when placing the order, our main delivery services for these items are:

• Royal Mail 24
• Royal Mail 48

Shipping and Packaging for Fresh and Frozen Products

We take extra care when packaging fresh and frozen items to help them arrive in the best possible condition.

• Frozen items are packed with gel ice packs and wrapped in foil packaging
• Chilled items are wrapped in foil packaging only

All fresh and frozen items are shipped using a 24-hour delivery service.

Important Notice for Fresh and Frozen Orders

Please make sure you select the 24-hour delivery option at checkout for fresh and frozen items.

While we take every precaution to package these items carefully, we cannot accept responsibility for products that thaw during transit, provided they were properly frozen at the time of dispatch.

Due to the perishable nature of these items:

• Fresh food items are non-returnable
• Fresh food items are non-refundable
• Frozen food items are non-returnable
• Frozen food items are non-refundable

Computers and Electronic Items

Our computers and electronic products are sourced from our UK warehouse.

Estimated delivery time for these items is:

Please note that these items are not eligible for next day delivery.

Our guaranteed timed services are suitable for valuable or urgent items that need to arrive the next day.

To request next day delivery, please place your order before 1:00 PM.

As we do not stock all products on-site, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on every item. All electrical items, including computers, are excluded from next day delivery. Please choose a standard delivery option for these products.

UK Tracked

Our tracked delivery service includes full online tracking so you can monitor your parcel throughout its journey. SMS or email notifications may also be available.

• Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days

This service is also suitable for age-restricted items where applicable.

UK Signed

Our signed delivery service provides proof of delivery for extra peace of mind.

• Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days

Please note that this service does not include full parcel tracking. The item is only signed for on delivery.

UK Standard

Our standard UK delivery service offers reliable options for non-valuable items.

Available options:

• 1st Class: 3 to 5 working days
• 2nd Class: 5 to 10 working days

International Delivery Options

We ship internationally to Europe, the United States, Canada, and other parts of the world.

International Standard

A reliable and cost-effective option, but usually not tracked.

A fully tracked service with signature on delivery and online delivery confirmation.

Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges on their orders.

• These charges are determined by the destination country and courier
• We may try to help reduce the likelihood or amount of customs charges where possible, but final responsibility remains with the customer
