If you would like us to delete personal information associated with your Adomoo account, orders, customer service communications, or interactions with our services, you can submit a deletion request by email.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, access codes, or other sensitive authentication information.

WhatsApp and Customer Support Data

If you have communicated with Adomoo through WhatsApp, email, or our customer support services, your request may also cover personal information contained within those customer service records.

Where applicable, this may include your name, telephone number, email address, message history, and other information you provided while communicating with us.

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity before deleting personal information. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion of another person's data.
