Handling and Cooking
Storage
For best before, see front of pack. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always by the best before date. Once frozen, use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Oven cook
FROM AMBIENT: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4. Sprinkle each naan with a little water, place on a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 4-6 minutes, turning halfway through heating time. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Grill
FROM AMBIENT: Pre-heat grill to a medium temperature. Sprinkle each naan with a little water and grill for approx. 1 minute each side.
