Handling and Cooking

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C) and consume within 1 day. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the date shown. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Best before: See front of pack.

Oven cook

FROM AMBIENT: Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6, 8-10 mins. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
