Storage
Keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C). Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Shallow Fry
FROM CHILLED: Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a pan until hot. Place mince into the hot pan and break down, pan fry over a high heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain fat off halfway through and continue until thoroughly cooked.

Returns Policy
