Hob
FROM AMBIENT: Allow approximately 75g rice per person. Rinse several times in cold water until water runs clear. Add rice to a large pan of boiling water, add salt if required. Bring back to the boil and simmer for approximately 10-12 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain through a sieve, rinse through with boiling water and serve.
